Warranty Policy
At KÜHL®, we proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our gear. Our products are built to perform, and we guarantee them to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
What's Covered
All KÜHL® products purchased in the U.S. or Canada are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturer defects for 18 months from the original purchase date. This includes issues with materials or construction under typical use. If your item qualifies, we'll either repair or replace it at our discretion.
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, as materials naturally break down over time
- Damage from misuse, neglect, improper care, accidents, storage, or handling
- Natural variations in appearance, such as dye irregularities in fabrics
- Products purchased from unauthorized retail partners and aftermarket sources, such as online auction sites, consignment shops, private sellers, or promotional and "as-is" or final sale products
- Products purchased outside the U.S. or Canada

Purchases from an Authorized Retailer
Start by contacting the retailer where the item was purchased; they may be able to facilitate the warranty claim.
If that's not an option, you can submit a claim by clicking Start Warranty Request at the blue box below and following the prompts. Proof of purchase required.
Additional Info
- The warranty evaluation process can take up to 10 business days.
- The warranty form covers only one product. If you have multiple items, please submit a separate form for each product.
- Items sent in without a receipt will be evaluated based on the manufacturing date.
- Once your warranty request has been reviewed, we'll follow up by email with the outcome and next steps if approved.
- You are responsible for shipping the item to us. We strongly encourage using a trackable method and keeping the tracking number for reference.
- Warranty items received without the required warranty form will not be processed and will be returned to sender.
- KÜHL® does not offer refunds for warranty claims.
